Pay your account

Paying your account with us is an easy, convenient and secure process.

Pay via BPay

Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make your payment directly from your bank account. When prompted, simply enter the Biller Code and the reference number, which appears on the front of the payment slip.

After you make this payment, we will then mail an official receipt to you. Please bring or send both this receipt and the original invoice to Medicare, or your private health insurer in some cases, to receive a rebate if applicable and eligible.

Please note that Medicare may not regard a printed BPAY receipt from your online payment as sufficient evidence of payment, so you must wait until you have received our mailed official receipt to claim.

Please be sure to provide both the official receipt and the original invoice, as either the receipt or the invoice alone is also not sufficient to claim any applicable rebate.
